i make the occasional cameo post these days. 
what some guys do is they just suede up regular shoes. Shaka Brown for instance uses adidas taekwondo shoes with suede stuck on. he reckons they provide really good support, and look nice and casual, so they are pretty good.
there, no room for any heated debate....
so which is better, addidas or nike?
